A kind reader passed me a note that reminded me that I had not yet posted an article about Ventyx’s acquisition of NEA. I must plead temporary distration on this one…
I am actually working on an Issue Alert due out the first of next week covering this acquisition in some detail. I will be working with Jon Brock to examine the implications of both the GED and NEA acquisitions, and examining Ventyx’s overall utility-centric strategy. Jon and I had an opportunity to talk with Greg Dukat, president of Ventyx and Deane Price, former president of NEA and now head of the combined GED/NEA business unit.
It should be interesting reading!
